The challenge sparked by these bottle water bashers who pit bottled water verses tap water is doing more harm to public confidence than any good they hope to achieve. What this bottle or tap challenge has done is wake a sleeping public giant in what we think is a negative way. Bottle water sales are now soaring here in the US.

The US population is not ignorant about what comes out of their taps and showers, they can see the daily "boil water advisories" they can verify for themselves the unbelievable history of how the water system has been polluted. 

The general population therefore in our opinion are afraid of such movements such as "Toilet to Tap" and for many good reasons, treating sewage and delivering it to taps leave a lot of un-answered questions about its ability to remove unknown pathogens that can be harmful or even more deadly than current chemicals “allowed in drinking waters right now” such as chlorines, fluorides and many others.
